Currently, Bedford Medical Centre offers online GP appointment bookings for registered patients only. To use this service, ensure you have an email address linked to your account with us. To register, follow the link below to your personal account. If you encounter issues signing up, email email@example.com with the subject “EMAIL ADDRESS”, and allow up to 48 hours for our admin team to update your email, enabling you to use the online booking system.
We anticipate extending the variety of bookable services online soon, as it offers a convenient alternative and alleviates phone line congestion for other concerns. Once your account is set up on our portal, you can view, select, and book available appointments with any GP.
A portion of the appointment slots require prepayment. This is to allow bookings by patients without a Medical Card. Please note that only half of our appointment slots are pre-paid, while the other half is reserved for Medical Card holders.
- Can I book a pre-paid slot with a Medical Card? – Opt for non-pre-paid slots to prevent non-refundable incorrect bookings.
- How do I book for a relative? – When booking for minors or elderly relatives with a Medical Card, please choose non-pre-paid slots to avoid non-refundable mistakes.
